Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 14, 2026

• Services and technologies provided by Proximal LLC are provided "As Is" and "As Available". If you use them, you are doing so at your own risk.

• Services and the Terms of Service may be changed with or without notice. Continued used of the services after changes to the Terms of Service means the user accepts the updated terms.

• Proximal LLC retains ownership of its Intellectual Property.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age and in the United States.

• The Proximal Parking app on iOS is made available under the terms of Apple's standard End-user License Agreement. A copy can be found here.

• If you do not agree to or do not meet any of the terms included, do not use services provided by Proximal LLC.
